We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantee any specific trading outcomes. 3. User Accounts

• To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Software License

If you subscribe to or purchase our charting software, Cove Candlesticks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

7. Community Forum Guidelines

Our community forum is designed to facilitate discussion and learning among traders. You agree to:

• Be respectful and courteous to other members.
• Not post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not post any financial advice or solicit investments.
• Understand that any information shared by other members is their opinion and not endorsed by Cove Candlesticks.

Cove Candlesticks reserves the right to remove any content or users from the forum at its sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
